LHS Slim Body Linear High Bay
In response to increasing price erosion from competitors like Orion, Econolight, LSI, and many regional fluorescent fixture manufacturers, Columbia is prepared to offer a "price fighter" high bay priced below our extremely successful LHV. The fluorescent high bay market has differentiated into two clear segments: performance driven products like LHV and pure, price-driven commodities. The LHS is intended to service the latter.
The LHS fixture is directly intended to be a "price fighter" solution to where price is the determining factor at the expense of other key features. The feature comparison chart below highlights the critical differences. The LHV offers many performance and serviceability advantages over the LHS.

For opportunities against our largest competitors such as Lithonia's I-beam or Cooper's HBL, the LHV fixture will continue to offer the best solution due to comparable performance characteristics. Columbia Lighting remains committed to staying competitive against all performance fixtures with our LHV Series.
Despite its performance limitations, rest assured that LHS is furnished with high quality components and is built to exacting manufacturing standards. A host of options round off the product portfolio. Please contact me if you have any further questions and/or need additional information.
Good luck selling,
